Speechcraft Training Program Empowers Confident Communicators and Future Leaders
Over ten transformative weeks, the Speechcraft Training Program, conducted by the Pinnacle Toastmasters Club, became more than a learning experience as it turned to a journey of confidence, growth and self-discovery. Designed to nurture effective communication and leadership skills, the program empowered participants to step forward, speak with purpose and believe in the power of their own voice.
The journey reached its celebratory finale on 10th December 2025 at the GAC Boardroom, where line managers, heads of departments, Speech crafters and Toastmasters gathered to witness the progress made. Through prepared speeches and impromptu speaking sessions, participants demonstrated clarity, confidence and courage which is a true reflection of how far they had come.
Encouraging feedback, warm mentorship and moments of applause filled the room as certificates were awarded, marking not an end but the beginning of continued growth. With heartfelt addresses from the program coordinators and leaders, the evening served as a reminder that strong communication builds strong leaders.
