Hotel Topaz Celebrates Vesak Festival

Contemplating the compassion and empathy towards the patients who are away from their homes and loved ones, staff members of Hotel Topaz / Hotel Tourmaline - Kandy spent this Vesak Poya day evening with the in-house patients of 46, 48 and 49 wards of National Hospital - Kandy.

Our staff members had the opportunity to share a light meal including a dessert during dinnertime. Further we sang Vesak Bhakthi Gee with the patients and lit Vesak Lanterns which brought joy and light to the patients bringing them mental peace and happiness.

The event was carried out in accordance with the approved health guidelines and under the observation of medical staff of the hospital.
