In the prestigious Great Place to Work® ranking of Large Best Workplaces in Asia™ 2023, McLarens Group secured an impressive 64th position. This recognition is a testament to our commitment to fostering a workplace culture that is not only inclusive but also empowers our employees to thrive.

The list comprises 200 exceptional organizations, out of which 70 are large-sized workplaces. These selections were made following a comprehensive survey of 2.1 million employees across 2500 organizations throughout Asia and the Middle East, gathering insights into their workplace experiences. In total, this survey represents the views of over 5.9 million employees across the region.

McLarens Group is one of only 13 large-sized (+ 500 employees) organizations from Sri Lanka to earn a place on this prestigious list. Our inclusion was based on confidential survey data evaluating employee experiences concerning trust, innovation, company values, and leadership. Notably, employees at the Best Workplaces in Asia reported higher levels of care from both their managers and co-workers. As a result, these companies boast an impressive 90% employee engagement rate, with 90% of employees expressing a desire to stay with their organizations.
