Nurturing Excellence: McLarens Group Outbound Leadership Development Program
McLarens has always been dedicated to fostering a culture of growth, continuous learning, and professional development. As part of this commitment, the Group recently organized an exciting outbound training program that brought together 35 future leaders from across the Group for a 2 day adventure. The program was held on the 9th and 10th of September amidst the picturesque backdrop of Kukuleganga.
Held the Program was an immersive experience which focused on cultivating collaboration, trust building, strategy, communication and leadership skills. The aim of the program was to build stronger bonds, enhance skills and instill a growth mindset. Participants engaged in various physical and mental challenges including a team compass march, obstacle challenge, paintball competition and much more.
