Topaz Hotels Limited Empowers Home Economics Students with Hands-on Hospitality Experience
Topaz Hotels Limited initiated a series of awareness sessions for Home Economics students to enhance their understanding of the hospitality industry, aiming to fulfill their responsibility of spreading awareness among the younger generation.
These sessions provided the students with firsthand exposure to hotel operations, restaurant etiquette, and essential culinary practices, which are crucial for their Advanced level practical examinations. As part of this program, the first group of students from the Kandy education zone recently visited the Hotel Topaz/The tourmaline complex. During their visit, they had the opportunity to interact with our skilled Chefs and Restaurant Managers, who generously shared valuable practical knowledge with the students, resulting in a rewarding and informative experience for everyone involved.
