McLarens Group Successfully Concludes Inaugural Future Manager Development Programme

McLarens Group proudly announces the successful completion of its inaugural Future Manager Development Programme, aimed at nurturing the leadership potential of its employees. This comprehensive training initiative, meticulously crafted to empower future leaders within the organization, saw the participation of 30 talented individuals carefully selected by their supervisors.

Partnering with renowned global learning partner- Global Business Skills by Hardskills Pte. Ltd., McLarens Group ensured that participants received a holistic learning experience that combined theoretical knowledge with practical application. Through GBS's innovative approach, trainees embarked on a 22-hour cinematic learning journey, delving into key modules essential for effective leadership and management.

The programme covered a diverse range of modules such as Self-awareness, communication, time management, how to sell and influence, how to say No, effective meetings, critical thinking, planning & agility, professionalism, collaboration, and teamwork.

In addition to the online content provided by GBS, McLarens Group augmented the learning experience with hands-on training sessions to reinforce key concepts and foster practical skills development. These physical learning experiences included, building confidence in presenting, corporate etiquette, team building and project work which gave participants the opportunity to apply their learning in real-world scenarios. The projects were focused around new business areas, cost-saving initiatives, and efficiency improvements.

The Future Manager Development Programme exemplifies McLarens Group's commitment to nurturing talent, fostering leadership capabilities, and driving organizational excellence. By investing in the professional development of its employees, McLarens Group aims to cultivate a dynamic workforce equipped to meet the challenges of the future and drive sustainable growth.
