McLarens Group Secure 44-Run Victory Over Softlogic Life in MCA Division F Clash
The MCA Division F League Twenty20 match between McLarens Group and Softlogic Life was took place at the Mercantile Cricket Association Grounds on the 25th of January, where McLarens Group delivered a commanding performance to secure a 44-run victory.
In a scintillating encounter, McLarens Group posted a formidable 169 for 5 and then bowled out Softlogic Life for 125. The victory was built on a blend of aggressive batting and incisive bowling. After being sent into bat, McLarens Group’s innings was anchored by Saminda Fernando, who played a mature knock of 50 off 40 balls, guiding his side through the early phases. Fernando found valuable support from Shehan Sandaruwan, whose explosive 40 off 14 deliveries swung the momentum in McLarens’ favor and Inesh Chamikara, who contributed a brisk 32 off 23 balls.
