McLarens Group Honors Excellence at the MD’s Awards 2025

The McLarens Group hosted its much-anticipated MD’s Awards 2025 on the 4th of November at Shangri-La Hotel, Colombo, celebrating the exceptional achievements, dedication and innovation across the Group’s diverse portfolio of businesses.

Recognized as one of the most prestigious events in the McLarens calendar, the evening brought together the Group’s leadership teams and employees from across its sectors to celebrate outstanding performances and milestones achieved during the financial years 2023/24 and 2024/25.

The night commenced with an inspiring speech by Mrs. Shehara De Silva, the Group Managing Director, who reflected on the Group’s continued pursuit of excellence, innovation and resilience amidst a rapidly evolving business landscape. Her message set the tone for an evening that celebrated both collective achievement and individual distinction.
