GAC Sri Lanka Recognized for Excellence at the Global Commerce Quiz 2025

Demonstrating its commitment to industry knowledge and professional excellence, GAC Shipping Limited, a subsidiary of McLarens Group, was awarded 1st place in the Freight Forwarding & Logistics Service Providers sector and ranked 8th overall at the Global Commerce Quiz 2025 for the Governor’s Challenge Trophy, held on the 9th of June 2025.

The competition, held at the Galadari Hotel, was organized by Shippers’ Academy Colombo in partnership with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka and the International Quizzing Association. The event brought together leading professionals across multiple sectors to engage in a rigorous assessment of their knowledge in global commerce, current affairs, and international trade practices.
