McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Manufacturing & Distribution cluster as a Technical sales Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell lubricant products to industrial, automotive, and commercial clients.
- Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer applications and requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and converting new opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and customer visits to offer hands-on technical guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively and timely.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to enhance sales strategies.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and reports for clients and management.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and contribute to overall business development goals.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional activities and new product launches.
Qualifications and skills
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the lubricant, automotive, or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of lubricant products, applications, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively.
- A proactive and results-driven attitude.
