Technical Sales Engineer - Solar Energy sector

McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Petroleum & Energy cluster as a Technical Sales Engineer – Solar Energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively oversee and manage existing business accounts.
  • Follow-up on existing projects/jobs.
  • Develop and execute marketing and sales plans to increase volumes.
  • Solar and other renewable  Project implementation.
  • Evaluate and propose  potential  businesses/projects  for the development of the business.
  • Effective communication and interaction with presentations to customers, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with third-party organizations to develop and manage businesses for long-term success.

Qualifications and skills

  • Engineering Diploma or Degree in electrical/electronic filed .
  • Skill on Technical feasibility and assessment on solar projects .
  • Strong management capability with decision making ability .
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role in the engineering field.
  • Proficiency in preparing tenders and evaluating business proposals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
  • Ability to provide technical services and client support
  • Excellent English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Possession of a valid driving license for travel as needed.
  • Technical knowledge and capability to communicate with stakeholders including customers.
  • Marketing qualification from recognized institute will be an added advantage.
