McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Petroleum & Energy cluster as a Technical Sales Engineer – Solar Energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively oversee and manage existing business accounts.
- Follow-up on existing projects/jobs.
- Develop and execute marketing and sales plans to increase volumes.
- Solar and other renewable Project implementation.
- Evaluate and propose potential businesses/projects for the development of the business.
- Effective communication and interaction with presentations to customers, management, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with third-party organizations to develop and manage businesses for long-term success.
Qualifications and skills
- Engineering Diploma or Degree in electrical/electronic filed .
- Skill on Technical feasibility and assessment on solar projects .
- Strong management capability with decision making ability .
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role in the engineering field.
- Proficiency in preparing tenders and evaluating business proposals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
- Ability to provide technical services and client support
- Excellent English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Possession of a valid driving license for travel as needed.
- Technical knowledge and capability to communicate with stakeholders including customers.
- Marketing qualification from recognized institute will be an added advantage.
