Stores Assistant

McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Manufacturing & Distribution cluster as a Stores Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring both physical inventory and system records align.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that goods meet required standards and specifications.
• Monitor inventory levels, track reorder points, and submit purchase requests.
• Manage and verify purchase orders and stock requisitions to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Conduct diesel tank inspections, including variance checks through caliper testing.
• Oversee the recycling and resale of damaged or used goods.
• Ensure proper documentation for stock handling and generate accurate and timely reports.

Qualifications and skills

• A/L  qualification (Minimum 3 passes).
• Knowledge in MS Office.
• Strong  Communication skills, and a team player.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar capacity.
