We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Senior Executive – Sales (Sea Exports) to support revenue growth, manage key accounts, and drive new business within the sea export segment. The role requires strong client management, coordination with internal teams, and effective execution of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve agreed revenue targets.
- Manage key accounts and build strong, long-term client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and minimize delays.
- Ensure high service quality and customer availability throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct regular field visits to generate new leads and maintain existing customer relationships.
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry in a similar sales role (Sea Exports preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong English language proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong customer service mindset with effective communication skills.
