McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join as a Manager Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify New Opportunities: Explore new markets, customers, trends, and service areas; pitch products/services to new clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Development: Communicate the Group’s service offerings effectively across industry subsectors to prospective clients.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and prepare strategic reports, presentations, and feedback to management.
- Marketing Support: Oversee development of marketing collateral and support promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Project Management: Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of key business development projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, government bodies, regulatory authorities, contractors, and suppliers to support project success and business growth.
Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in business development, ideally in multi-sector or conglomerate environments.
- Proven ability to manage projects and deliver measurable results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
