McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Petroleum & Energy cluster as a Junior Executive-Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure all payments are made on time and at accurate rates, maintaining positive vendor relationships.
- Maintain comprehensive files for payments and finalized job costing statements, ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation.
- Manage the renewal process for bank guarantees, ensuring all deadlines are met and documentation is accurate.
- Assist in stock counts, fixed asset verifications, and surprise cash counts, contributing to the accuracy of financial records.
- Highlight and follow up with operations and procurement teams regarding any vendor-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in providing necessary documents and information for internal and external audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in creating and monitoring the registration of vendors with the company, ensuring up-to-date vendor details and compliance.
Skills and Experience Required
- A degree in Finance, Accounting. Part qualification in CA, CIMA, ACCA, or AAT is an added advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint), with strong skills in advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
