We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Planning & Procurement to support our planning, procurement, import/export, and supply chain activities while ensuring smooth and timely coordination across the operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, clearing agents, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Handle import and export documentation and coordinate shipment clearance and timely delivery.
- Track shipments and maintain accurate shipment, stock transfer, import costing, and bonded warehouse information in the ERP system.
- Coordinate supplier, freight, clearing, and other shipment-related payment documentation and clarifications.
- Prepare and maintain accurate stock and sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Coordinate with relevant government authorities and external parties to facilitate operational requirements.
- Support day-to-day planning, procurement, logistics, and supply chain activities as required.
Skills and Experience Required
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
- More than 2 years of relevant work experience with sound knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations.
- Experience in import/export procedures, shipment documentation, and coordination with suppliers and service providers.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively manage day-to-day operational requirements and multiple priorities.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
