What You’ll Do
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents.
- Follow up on customer payments and debtor collections.
- Prepare monthly reports and documentation related to MCC operations.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives, including customer engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HSSE, and operational standards.
- Work closely with internal teams to support smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customer handling will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong time management and teamwork skills.
