Executive - Human Resources

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused individual to join our Human Resources team as an Executive – HR (General HR role). The successful candidate will support the HR Business Partner in delivering end-to-end HR services while contributing to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and other key HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and onboarding.
• Support employee lifecycle activities, including confirmations, promotions, transfers, exits, and HR documentation.
• Maintain employee records, personal files, HRIS data, and HR reports while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in learning and development initiatives, including training coordination and documentation.
• Support HR operations, payroll inputs, KPI reporting, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Skills and Experience Required

• Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution. Completed or partly completed PQHRM (CIPM) will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner support functions.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, and HRIS.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
