McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Manufacturing & Distribution cluster as a Business Development Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with assigned key accounts to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Monitor and report on sales targets versus actual performance, implementing strategies to close any gaps.
- Ensure timely collection of account receivables in line with agreed terms, improving cash flow and minimizing overdue accounts.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive training plan to meet customer training needs, enhancing product understanding and usage.
- Plan and conduct regular customer visits as per the monthly sales call plan, fostering strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Identify and secure new customer appointments, and effectively launch new products to drive business growth.
Qualifications and skills
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related field.
- Minimum 1year experience in technical sales, with a track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships.
- Proven experience in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
