Supporting the local community has always been a part of our corporate culture and as such, Corporate Social Responsibility is ingrained in the DNA of the Group. Aligning ourselves with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, the Group has identified 5 pillars around which the company’s CSR Framework is built. All CSR efforts will aim at developing these 5 areas in the country, be it through beach clean ups, refurbishments of schools, awareness sessions, empowerment and more.
The McLarens Group is involved in the continuous support and development of sports in Sri Lanka with an emphasis on motor racing, badminton and cycling. McLarens has taken on the task of sponsoring talented young drivers, organizing training programs and running a motor racing development program while sponsoring and supporting over 20 national players in the held of badminton.
