McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join as a Technical Demonstrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Product Development initiatives by gathering market insights and providing technical feedback.
- Drive product segment/category growth by demonstrating usage and benefits to customers and distributors.
- Conduct technical training sessions and live demonstrations for internal teams, distributors, and end users.
- Increase distributor secondary sales performance through technical enablement and field support.
- Plan and execute customer visits as per the agreed customer training requirement plan.
- Maintain and follow a structured Daily Call Plan to ensure consistent field activity.
- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and product awareness events in line with the activity calendar.
- Lead New Product Introductions (NPI) and support launch plans with hands-on demos and on-site customer support.
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the Automotive or Related Industry.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in three languages.
- Confident in conducting product training and technical demonstrations.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong presentation and influencing skills.
