Technical Assistant (Solar)

McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Petroleum & Energy cluster as a Technical Assistant(Solar).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to support solar power functions.
• Arrange deliveries for solar panel installations.
• Work with installation teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor and oversee the installation process for quality assurance.
• Manage CEB/LECO approvals for project compliance.
• Plan and execute operational and maintenance work for solar systems.
• Follow up on tender notices and assist in preparing tender documents.
• Track and monitor project performance using internal systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications Required

• Engineering Diploma or higher qualification.
• 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within the engineering field.
• Ability to provide technical services and support for solar power projects.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Valid driving license.
