Senior Production Executive

McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Manufacturing & Distribution cluster as a Senior Production Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly production schedules in consultation with the Head of Factory operations
• Allocating labour and raw material planning for the smooth running of the production process/schedules.
• Align with quality control guidelines throughout the production process.
• Ensuring that Production is completed for “On-time” deliveries.

Qualifications and skills

• NDT or equivalent in the field of Mechanical, Polymer Technology or Chemical Engineering Technology.
• 3 – 5 years previous experience working in a related industry preferred.
• Ability to confidently and proactively supervise production teams.
• Competence with computer-based administration, record-keeping, and procurement systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills toward managing human resources and liaising with other departments.
