Senior Executive – Sales

McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Maritime & Logistics cluster as a Senior Executive – Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers to understand their logistics needs, secure new business, and generate revenue opportunities for the company.
  • Develop effective strategies and plans to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Introduce new customers while retaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensure adherence to company credit policies, actively follow up on outstanding payments, and minimize risks associated with debtors.
  • Maintain strong rapport with carriers, airlines, and forwarders to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities in line with the current role, as requested by management.

Qualifications and skills

  • 2-3 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
  • A recognized professional qualification in logistics or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience in adhering to credit policies and managing payment follow-ups.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
