McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Manufacturing & Distribution cluster as a Senior Executive Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Control labor costs, maintenance, and overtime.
• Prevent stock losses and damages.
• Ensure timely and reliable customer service.
• Resolve customer complaints with feasible solutions
• Maintain strong customer relationships.
• Oversee warehouse operations within budget.
• Conduct inventory checks and maintain storage areas.
• Ensure accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions.
• Supervise staff discipline and ensure safety compliance.
• Achieve KPIs and attend customer meetings as needed.

Qualifications and skills

• A Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Store Management.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Excellent command of English.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse and distribution operations.
