McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Leisure cluster as a Senior Executive-HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records and manage HR databases.
- Implement and enforce hotel and group HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospitality industry regulations.
- Coordinate performance management and employee evaluation processes.
- Manage the recruitment process – screening, interviews, and background checks.
- Propose improvements in recruitment and onboarding practices.
- Prepare and present regular HR reports to management.
- Conduct exits interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
- Manage workplace safety issues, complaints, and incident reporting.
- Facilitate cross-departmental coordination for smooth HR operations.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR.
- At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational, time management, and reporting abilities.
