Senior Executive/Executive - Sales

McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join as a Senior Executive/Executive- Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Monitor and manage account receivable turns to ensure timely payments and financial stability.
  • Collaborate with the training team to develop and deliver product training sessions to customers as per agreed plans.
  • Develop and implement promotional activity calendars to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
  • Develop monthly sales plans and conduct regular customer visits to build rapport, identify opportunities, and address customer needs.
  • Identify and pursue new customer appointments and opportunities for new product launches to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on industrial business and key account management.
  • Excellent communication skills in all three languages (preferably).
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical product specifications and provide solutions to customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
