McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Manufacturing & Distribution cluster as a Senior Executive/Executive-Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Key Account Management: Manage relationships with key clients.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet assigned sales targets and quotas
- Account Receivable Management: Ensure timely account receivable turns.
- Monthly Business Meetings: Organize and attend monthly business review meetings.
- Product Training: Develop and deliver training sessions for customers.
- Training Needs Assessment: Create training plans based on customer requirements.
- Promotional Activities: Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns.
- Activity Calendar: Develop and follow an agreed promotional activity calendar.
- Customer Visits: Plan and conduct regular sales visits to clients.
- Sales Call Plan: Organize monthly and weekly sales calls to potential customers.
- New Customer Acquisition: Identify and secure new customer appointments.
- New Product Launches: Lead and coordinate new product launches.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to support clients and meet targets.
- Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Market Expansion: Explore new business opportunities to expand market presence.
Qualifications and skills
- 3+ years in experience in the automotive or related industry.
- Ability to manage and develop relationships with key clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least three languages for effective client communication.
