McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under shared service as a Senior Executive Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing the monthly financial statements and support the accountant in management account preparation (including GL reconciliation, schedule preparation, and bank reconciliations).
- Manage accounts receivable and monitor the invoice and collection processes to ensure timely payments.
- Supervise and handle the group online payment processes and banking payment operations.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory tax submissions to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Perform regular reconciliations for debtors, creditors, bank accounts, and intercompany accounts to ensure accurate financial records.
- Assist in ensuring audit compliance and adherence to internal controls.
- Support the annual external audit process and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion.
Skills and Experience Required
- Part qualification of a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Institute of Management Accounting (CIMA), or ACCA qualification is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Prior experience with audit procedures and ERP systems, Previous experience in Oracle system would be an added advantage.
- Must be an energetic dynamic self-motivated & hardworking person.
