Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions to students.
- Collect and analyze student feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure timeliness in course delivery and practical sessions.
- Conduct physical training sessions for students.
- Gather and assess student feedback for program improvement.
- Ensure candidates maintain good physical fitness.
- Apply problem-solving skills to address disciplinary issues effectively.
- Uphold discipline within the school premises, fostering a respectful and structured learning environment.
- Maintain timeliness in administrative tasks, documentation, and communication.
- Uphold accuracy in record-keeping and administrative processes.
- Ensure classrooms are organized and conducive to learning.
- Communicate effectively with students regarding classroom arrangements.
- Maintain timeliness in classroom-related tasks.
Qualifications and skills
- Ex Navy Instructor
- Experience on physical training
