McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Manufacturing & Distribution cluster as an Executive Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Set challenging sales targets for self and team, consistently deliver results.
- Ensure each team member prepares and shares their monthly work plan with Supervisors on time.
- Supervise the execution of work plans, ensuring any deviation is approved by the Line Manager.
- Engage with potential customers, generate leads, and secure confirmed orders to meet company sales objectives.
- Oversee product display and Point of Sales Material (POSM) installation to ensure maximum brand visibility.
- Attend Monthly Debtor Meetings, follow up on commitments, and ensure all transactions comply with company credit policies to minimize risk.
- Conduct regular market research to monitor competitor activities and report market insights to the management.
- Prepare and submit Daily Call , Weekly Itinerary, Monthly Sales Targets reports critical to strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar Sales and Marketing role.
- Marketing qualification, ideally from the Chartered Institute of Marketing or an equivalent institution.
- Strong understanding of automotive, lubricants, and industrial products.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong influencing abilities and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Experience in FMCG or other non-lubricant industries will also be considered.
