McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under shared service as an Office Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Finance, Documentation, and Operations teams with day-to-day tasks and special projects as required.
- Handle banking-related errands including submission of documents, payments, and collection of CTMs.
- Collect and hand over documents to and from airlines, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.
- Submit customs manifests when necessary.
- Maintain proper filing and organization of job files and other office records.
- Manage office supply needs such as stationery, drinking water, and first aid box items, ensuring stock is monitored and replenished regularly.
- Carry out additional responsibilities and duties as assigned by management in a timely and efficient manner.
Skills and Experience Required
- G.C.E. A/L or equivalent valid educational qualifications.
- Fair knowledge and understanding of accounting is preferred.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong communication and IT skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle riding license is required.
