McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Maritime & Logistics cluster as an Office Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling of Finance Department documentations & circulations ( Cheques / Internal docs / etc.)
- Handing over documents and payment documents to Banks, IRD, and Audit Firms.
- Maintaining vouchers in box folders monthly, ensuring organized records by company.
- Filing bank statements for easy access and reference.
- Ordering stationary on behalf of the Finance team and maintaining proper stock control.
Qualifications and skills
- Minimum of 1-2years of mercantile experience.
- Understanding and knowledge of operational processes/requirements and bank procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid Motor Bike Driving License.
