McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Manufacturing & Distribution cluster as a Marketing Executive – Brand Activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualization and Planning: Develop creative and engaging brand activation concepts that align with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and their preferences.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of brand activation projects, from ideation to execution.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors, including event agencies, production companies, and venues, to ensure seamless execution of activations.
- On-Site Coordination: Supervise and coordinate on-Site activities during brand activations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and aligns with the planned concept.
- Measurement and analysis: Track the performance of brand activations using key metrics such as brand awareness, engagement, and ROI.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future campaigns.
- Team Management: Work with third-party brand activation teams and regional sales teams, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for innovative brand activations and BTL activities.
Qualifications and skills
- A diploma level education qualification related to Business Management or Marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand activation or event management.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, planning, and execution.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal Skill.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project Management tools.
