McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Maritime & Logistics cluster as a Manager-Sales & Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise directly with both existing and potential customers to provide essential information and foster strong, lasting relationships to ensure customer retention.
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate efforts, ensuring seamless organizational communication.
- Lead marketing and promotional activities for our products and services, aligned with company objectives and goals.
- Prepare and execute promotional materials in accordance with established plans.
- Maintain accurate principal and management reports for performance tracking.
- Monitor customer payments on a weekly basis to prevent overdue debts and highlight ongoing issues to management.
- Conduct performance evaluations for both teams and individual staff, providing reviews and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Achieve organizational targets and sales goals in line with company expectations.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and skills
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within the shipping or logistics industry.
- Proficient in MS Office functions, including the ability to use Photoshop and other editing tools.
- Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
- A customer service mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and drive client satisfaction.
