Manager - HR

McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under shared service as a Manager- HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and selection and HR Business partnering processes
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with recruitment agencies, professional institutes, and relevant government bodies to support and enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Collaborate with managers to design and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee relations issues effectively.
  • Conduct investigations and guide conflict resolution.
  • Lead process innovations to ensure the seamless operation of recruitment and HR systems.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.

Skills and Experience Required

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar capacity.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and current trends.
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
