McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under shared service as a Manager- HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and selection and HR Business partnering processes
- Build and sustain positive relationships with recruitment agencies, professional institutes, and relevant government bodies to support and enhance recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate with managers to design and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee relations issues effectively.
- Conduct investigations and guide conflict resolution.
- Lead process innovations to ensure the seamless operation of recruitment and HR systems.
- Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
Skills and Experience Required
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar capacity.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and current trends.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
