Key Responsibilities
- Apply critical thinking skills to address inquiries effectively.
- Communicate information clearly and professionally to students and stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve the quality of responses.
- Deliver engaging lectures to students.
- Collect and analyze student feedback for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and assess student results to gauge the effectiveness of teaching methods.
- Maintain timeliness in administrative tasks, including class schedules and record-keeping.
- Uphold accuracy in administrative processes, ensuring precise documentation.
- Maintain precise records and administrative documentation.
Qualifications and skills
- Class 02 or Class 03 Deck Officer.
- Previous Lecturing Experience will be an Added advantage.
- Clear and effective communication with students and stakeholders.
