Sales Manager – Solar Trading

McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Petroleum & Energy cluster as a sales Manager – Solar Trading.

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee our solar panel trading business. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of proven experience in trading solar equipment, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Identify and coordinate with all IPP, EPC for new projects.
• Identify new business opportunities and foster strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competition, and areas for growth.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regularly report sales performance to management.
• Organize promotional activities and participate in industry-related events.
• Manage negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract preparations.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in solar panel or solar equipment trading business.
• Strong knowledge of solar products, market trends, and industry standards.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to travel and meet customers/suppliers as required.
