Junior Supervisor - Operations

McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Manufacturing & Distribution cluster as a Junior Supervisor-Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting container surveys to ensure quality and compliance.
• Preparing container estimates and updating repair approvals and completions.
• Maintaining strong relationships with depot customers.
• Updating EMR activities on various web portals.
• Generating reports as per customer requirements.

Qualifications and skills

• Successfully completed G.C.E. A/L.
• Willingness to work long hours, including night shifts.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a container depot.
• Age below 50 years.
