We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Junior Executive – Operations to join our Marine Operations team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in vessel operations, crew movements, logistics coordination, and stakeholder management while ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate PMSC transits, crew embarkation/disembarkation, emergency evacuations, and other marine operational activities.
- Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of ship spares, stores, and materials to vessels while complying with all applicable regulations.
- Liaise with customers, port authorities, government agencies, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution.
- Maintain operational records, agreements, contracts, and tariff documentation.
- Support the team in achieving departmental KPIs, service excellence, and continuous process improvements.
- Assist in debtor control activities and operational reporting.
Skills and Experience Required
- Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution.
- Qualification from the Institute of Chartered Ship Brokers will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marine, shipping, or logistics operations is an advantage.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong interest in marine, shipping, logistics, or port operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
