Junior Executive - HR

McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Manufacturing & Distribution cluster as a Junior Executive – HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with suppliers to communicate manpower requirements and ensure timely placements.
  • Ensure suppliers adhere to compliance requirements and maintain complete record-keeping for outsourced employees.
  • Update manpower agreements on time with the support from procurement and legal division.
  • Handle disciplinary matters related to manpower employees and communicate with relevant suppliers.
  • Assist HOD in conducting training and development functions with proper documentation.
  • Verify monthly invoices against agreed rates and statutory payment proof and forward to finance.

Qualifications and skills

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in handling outsourced staff related HR Operations.
  • Knowledge and understanding on Sri Lankan Labour Law and procedures.
  • ICT proficiency (MS Excel, word and Power Point).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with less supervision.
