McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Petroleum & Energy cluster as a Junior Executive – Disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all invoices are raised promptly within 48 hours of job completion, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Adhere to operational procedures outlined in manuals meticulously, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from Principals/customers, providing satisfactory resolutions and maintaining positive relationships.
- Follow MSC guidelines rigorously to meet deadlines, invoicing criteria, and rates, demonstrating strict compliance.
- Stay updated with ongoing operations statistics, utilizing analytical and reasoning skills to interpret data effectively.
- Collaborate with operational staff for seamless coordination, ensuring timely settlement of company IOUs and maintaining communication channels.
- Handle petty cash vouchers accurately and timely, maintaining proper records and supporting documentation.
- Maintain meticulous records of all expenses and submit for financial review, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and maintain relevant reports and documentation for management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Assist in budget preparation and management, handling third-party invoices with precision and accuracy.
- Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures, demonstrating timeliness and accuracy in all tasks.
Skills and Experience Required
- GCE O/L & A/L qualifications.
- Diploma in Shipping & Logistics or Accountancy.
- Strong communication and IT skills.
- Excellent PR skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Good analytical and reasoning skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
