ICT Assistant

McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join as an ICT Assistant. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely on-site and Help Desk support to end users to meet business requirements and minimize downtime.
  • Deliver first-level support for applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP, ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction.
  • Assist users with mobile phone setup, troubleshooting, and connectivity to support business communications.
  • Conduct quarterly preventive maintenance on computers and servers, and proactively identify hardware requiring replacement as per company policy.
  • Travel to branch or satellite offices according to a scheduled plan to provide on-site ICT support and ensure continuity of ICT services.
  • Ensure 99% uptime of ICT infrastructure and maintain compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the primary site contact and project owner for group-wide ICT projects, ensuring effective execution and communication across teams.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Degree or Diploma in Hardware and Networking or a related ICT discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of networking, operating systems, and ICT hardware support.
  • High level of responsibility and service orientation.
