McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Manufacturing & Distribution cluster as an Executive – Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all vendor payments in line with SOP ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure all input VAT documents are handed over to the designated staff member handling VAT compliance to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with banks and internal teams before making vendor payments for cash flow management.
- Obtain vendor balance confirmations annually.
- Drive transition to an online banking platform.
- Play an active role in continuous improvements and automation in the payment process.
Qualifications and skills
- Part-qualified BSc Accounting Degree/Chartered Accountant/CIMA/ACCA.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office functions and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
