Executive - Technical Sales

McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Manufacturing & Distribution cluster as an Executive – Technical Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize your strategic mindset to surpass assigned sales targets while ensuring the sustainability and growth of our business.
  • Drive the growth of our sales pipeline by identifying and engaging with new customers, building strong relationships, and converting leads into loyal clients.
  • Identify emerging product requirements within industrial applications, and effectively promote new products to the market to meet customer demands and increase sales volumes.
  • Proactively gather and analyze customer feedback to improve our products and services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead the introduction of new products to the market, ensuring seamless integration and successful adoption among customers.
  • Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers through our Lube Clinique service, establishing our brand as a trusted industry leader.
  • Monitor and follow up on payment timelines to minimize the risk of debtors, safeguarding the financial health of the company.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline and sales reports on a monthly basis, providing valuable insights to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies, maximizing product visibility and sales opportunities.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and skills

  • National Diploma in Engineering Sciences, Higher National Diploma in Engineering, or National Diploma in Technology.
  • Customer service mindset with positive attitudes, prioritizing customer satisfaction and relationship building.
  • Proficiency in MS Office functions, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, capable of understanding technical concepts and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
  • Results-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the team.
