McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Manufacturing & Distribution cluster as an Executive Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key industry contacts.
- Identify new sales opportunities through market research and active networking.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demos to prospective customers.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts.
- Report sales performance and updates regularly to management.
Qualifications and skills
- Experience in the lubricants industry is preferred but not mandatory. We welcome freshers to apply.
- must have a valid riding license for this role.
- Minimum Education Level – GCE A/L.
- Strong understanding of lubricant products, applications, and market dynamics.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of lubricant products and applications.
- Proficiency in both Tamil and Sinhala is a strong advantage.
