McLarens group is now seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join as a Executive Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet current customers to conduct sales of company products. Ensure stocks are available and place orders as per customer request, in the ERP system in order to facilitate the sale.
- Ensure to meet deadlines and commitments given at the Monthly Debtor meetings while complying with company policy to ensure minimum risk to the company.
- Conduct market research to find competitor activities and market situation, report the relevant data to the company.
- Handle product returns by coordinating with customer and relevant internal parties and follow company procedures to complete the transaction.
- Follow up and coordinate with Stores on available stocks and delivery to customers as per sales orders.
- Prepare the Daily Call Report ,Weekly Itinerary Report ,Monthly Sales Targets reports to facilitate management decision making.
- Ensure proper product display and installation of Point of Sales Material ( POSM ) to obtain maximum visibility.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to provide promotional items for on going sales promotions to make the event a success.
Qualifications and skills
- Passed the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.
- 2 years experience in Sales related to Lubricants and Automobile and experience in sales canvassing.
- Proficiency MS Office functions and ERP systems.
- Exposure to cloud solutions, ERPs, virtual environments, and involvement in project management.
- Strong Influencing skills.
- Having valid driver’s license for motorbikes.
