Executive Sales

McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Manufacturing & Distribution cluster as an Executive Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, and industry influencers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Collaborate with cross-Functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and marketing conditions.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.

Qualifications and skills

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the lubricant or related industry.
  • Minimum Education Level – GCE A/L.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of Lubricant products, applications and market dynamics.
  • Strong problem-Solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part od a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge of lubricant products and applications.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
