McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Manufacturing & Distribution cluster as a Junior Executive – Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing recruitment process, from sourcing CVs to finalizing candidates.
- Handling employee HRIS matters and facilitate smooth functioning.
- Generate and prepare the system reports as per management requirements.
- Troubleshoot system issues by liaising with IT Department and vendor to minimize HRIS downtime.
- Handle employee insurance by liaising with Insurance Broker in timely manner.
- Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities and supportive workplace culture by organizing events.
Skills and Experience Required
- Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resources.
- 3- 4 years of experience working with HRIS systems and Recruitment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
