Executive Customer Service & Sales Support

McLarens group is now seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join as an Executive Customer Service & Sales Support.

Key Responsibilities

  • handle the day-today inquires of Sales team and to make sure customers are serviced to their full satisfaction
  • Negotiate rates with carriers and agency networks as necessary.
  • Evaluate and leverage the strengths of network partners.
  • Prepare and offer quotations to potential customers.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and delivery of services.
  • Adhere to and follow set customer service procedures, policies, and standards (SOPs).
  • Respond promptly to customer issues and incidents.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance services.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on a regular basis.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry updates, practices, and techniques.
  • Actively participate in meeting customer satisfaction goals set for the team.
  • Solicit and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Identify and bring in sales opportunities for the company.

Qualifications and skills

  • Proven experience in customer service and sales roles.
  • Degree or professional Qualifications related to transport and logistics.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle rate negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with industry practices and standards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
