McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Manufacturing & Distribution cluster as an Executive – Consumer Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analytics: Analyze sales and inventory data via ERP and generate monthly reports.
- Consumer Survey Analysis: Analyze and report consumer survey findings to the Marketing Manager.
- Communications Planning: Develop and execute digital communication plans targeting consumers
- Measure Communication Effectiveness: Track and report on communication effectiveness monthly.
- Content Review (Consumer Marketing): Oversee content creation ensuring brand consistency.
- Special Projects Management: Manage assigned special projects, including planning and execution.
- Customer Satisfaction Survey: Plan and execute the annual customer satisfaction survey and report findings.
- Channel Promotions: Coordinate with the sales team and channel partners, plan and execute consumer promotions
- Events – Create innovative and effective events for consumers.
- Organizes and/or participates in brainstorming sessions with sales and marketing staff to develop and fulfill creative ideas and innovative solutions.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive or FMCG sector
- Ability to effectively communicate with different stakeholders through verbal interactions, emails, and presentations.
- A proactive and optimistic approach to tasks and challenges.
- Capable of making informed decisions and executing job responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong ability to collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) and external partners to achieve business goals.
