McLarens group is seeking an aspiring, energetic & a competent individual to join under Maritime & Logistics cluster as a Disbursement Account Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Make system entries for expenses and other details necessary for job processing, ensuring all required authorizations are received in a timely manner.
- Generate customer invoices within the system, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete for the Head of Unit’s approval.
- Dispatch hard copies to customers along with necessary documentation upon approval, prioritizing timeliness and accuracy.
- Ensure timely billing and delivery of invoices.
- Monitor monthly income against budget targets and provide weekly updates to the team on financial status, maintaining a focus on timeliness and accuracy.
- Prepare various reports, lists, and schedules as requested by the Head of Department, ensuring that all submissions are timely and precise.
Qualifications and skills
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the industry.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
- A customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
